Current turn around time is approximately 2 weeks - 4 weeks, doesn't mean it will take that long- but please no Keveching until the due date- Thanks :)depending on the complexity of the order. ( that is from the moment the order is received until the day of shipment) Always sooner is possible. And if for some reason it is a bit longer , we will always keep in touch with you. Recently my cost of supplies has grown sharply. Due to certain, current, econmic and global conditions many of my vendors have had to increase the price of their materials 60%-100%. In an attempt to avoid an overall price increase in my products to cover these new expenses, I will instead be suspending my free shipping incentive. My hope is that these adverse conditions will stabilize, and the cost of the materials will return to their previous prices, at which time I could offer free shipping again. I will always try to ship your order in the most inexpensive way. Typically this is a USPS flat rate box, for $8.95, and as a result this will be your shipping charge for domestic orders on ETSY. International orders are of course more. If your shipping is more than $8.95, or I cannot fit your order in a flat rate box, I will email you to tell you what your new shipping cost will be. If your order is small and can be shipped for less, I will refund the difference.

USA- flat rate $8.95 typically about 100.00 - 120.00 fits in a flat rate box, depending on what is ordered.

Canada- 20.00 USD flat rate up to 20 lbs. typically about 100.00 - 120.00 fits in a flat rate box, of course depending on what is ordered.

International- 37.50 USD typically about 100.00 - 120.00 fits in a flat rate box, of course depending on what is ordered.

On all domestic orders under $75.00 will receive a flat rate of $8.95 for shipping. If your order is less then $8.95 for shipping , I will refund you the difference. All domestic orders over If they do not fit ,and the shipping is more, I will have to invoice you for the rest of the shipping cost.
Orders are shipped from East Bay California.

Canadian orders receive free shipping on $100.00 or more. , as long as it also fits in a flat rate box. Otherwise we will email, and see if there is anything you can live without, or we will discuss the extra shipping charges.

For international orders, Please understand that you are responsible for any import duties, taxes, VAT, or other fees levied by your local governmental agencies. You are also responsible for letting us know if any items won't pass thru customs.

Although our packaging is careful and time consuming , we don't charge a handling fee. We ship via US Priority Mail .

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Here at MoonaLisa, we always want you to be delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you wish to return any item, please contact us to make arrangements. Shipping costs are not refundable.

DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS
Please inspect the your order as soon as it arrives for any damage or missing items , that may have occurred during shipment. If damage has occurred to the items in your shipment, please contact us immediately. Do not discard the box, packing materials or the damaged items as they may need to be inspected by the carrier. If an item is missing, please contact us immediately, and we will remedy the situation.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
We make every item made to order, and do our best to keep all supplies in stock or inform you at the time you order that an item is out of stock. If for some reason we missed it, or are out of stock of materials to make an item, we will contact you and see what you would prefer , to wait until item is back in stock, substitute or a prompt refund.

You would be surprised how often a local or store owner will come over and wipe us out of an entire stock of one item in a matter of minutes.

SAMPLES
Are available for purchase on the sample page- sample are not available during the holiday rush. But we do always include a free gift with every order.

Or you may pay with a check , but check must be received and cleared before items will be shipped. We are also happy to except a money order if you prefer.

Or if you are in our deliver area , we would be happy to deliver and accept cash upon arrival.

You may also make arrangements ahead of time, to pick up your items at Market we are vending at.
